The Hydra Molder makes it easy to comply with weight regulations. Cheese pieces are uniform in shape and length with accurate tolerances on weight. As an example, 50 pieces of 14 gram cheese nuggets were weighed individually and the maximum weight variation between pieces was.07 grams.

The HYDRA MOLDER can handle a variety of diameters, configurations and lengths. With the Hydra Molder, there is a wide range of possibilities for large volume products that demand consistency in sized and weights. Interchangeable molds are available in the standard round size along with square and hex shapes. However, with some imagination, consider some unique product shapes, for example; hearts, stars, footballs... The interchangeable molds allow you to run various product sizes using the same machine. The molds are easy to assemble, disassemble and store because of their compact size.
