Our manual piercing machine is able to punch approximately 120 wheels per hour with one operator.  If higher production is required, our semi-automatic or fully automatic units operate at a rate of about 1100 wheels per hour.

CHEESE CRUMBLER

Viking Machine & Design has engineered the cheese Crumbler to personally meet your needs.  The Cheese Crumbler is extremely efficient and well built, requiring very low maintenance, therefore increasing production.  This machine will crumble up to 10 pound blocks or wheels at a time, allowing you to produce up to 4,000 pounds an hour.  The custom sized screens are easily accessible for quick change over and are held in place by a single hand toggle clamp so they can be easily removed.  Also, the rest of the machine can be disassembled for easy cleaning without the use of any tools.
